  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
