  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 Jalapenos diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the dip.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
