Ingredients 

Soup Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 medium Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Dumpling Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add diced potatoes and chopped onion. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dumplings. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, eggs, and water. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Drop small spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling soup. Cook until the dumplings float to the top, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
