Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- ¼ cup Water
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Whisk together over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool before using.
