Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobsters for about 10 minutes or until bright red. Let them cool, then chop the meat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the chopped lobster, celery, and chives to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. 4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
