Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Add fresh basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
