Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 120 ml Olive Oil
  • 60 ml Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme.
  3. 3. Add the cooked mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
