Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 whole Egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a blender, combine the egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and salt.
2. Blend on medium speed until well combined.
3. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. Use within one week.
