- 4 ears Corn on the cob
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
- 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Brush the corn with mayonnaise while still hot.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
