Pancake Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoon Melted butter
- ½ cup Mini chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
