  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 200 grams Montreal smoked meat
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
  • 2 tablespoon Russian dressing
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
  2. 2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Layer with Swiss cheese, Montreal smoked meat, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
