Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Clam Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cans Clams drained and chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. Add onion, celery, and garlic to the pot. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add heavy cream and clams. Heat through but do not boil.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with bacon before serving.
