Ingredients 

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed

Crust

  • 1 package graham cracker crust

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
