Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed nuts unsalted
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until finely chopped.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, bread crumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve the nut burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
