Pakistani Chapli Kebab Recipe
A traditional Pakistani kebab made with minced meat and spices, perfect for grilling or frying.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Minced meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds crushed
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into flat patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with naan or rice and your favorite chutney.
