Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Minced meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into flat patties.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot with naan or rice and your favorite chutney.
