vinegar

Instructions
1. Marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, vinegar, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned, then set aside.
3. In the same wok, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the onions, tomatoes, and chili pepper until tender.
4. Return the beef to the wok, mix everything together, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot with French fries and rice on the side.
