  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Cook steak in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add bell pepper and onion, cook until soft.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in provolone cheese until melted.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  5. Roll up the wrappers, sealing the edges with water.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
