Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Cook steak in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Add bell pepper and onion, cook until soft.
Remove from heat, stir in provolone cheese until melted.
Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Roll up the wrappers, sealing the edges with water.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
