  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  2. 2. Add sliced beets to the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Transfer beets and liquid into jars. Let cool, then refrigerate.
