- 6 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup pickles chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
- 8 slices bread your choice
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, and fresh dill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the egg salad mixture onto four slices of bread.
Top with the remaining slices of bread to make sandwiches.
