Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- ½ cup Shelled Pistachios roughly chopped
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, pistachios, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
