Dumpling Filling
- 500 g Ground pork
- 1 cup Chopped cabbage
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 pack Dumpling wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Optionally, pan-fry the dumplings for a crispy bottom.
