Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add diced pork and cook until browned.
Push pork to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together until heated through.
Drizzle with sesame oil if using. Serve hot.
