  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  1. Place a trivet in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add 1 cup of water.
  3. Place the eggs on the trivet.
  4. Seal the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. Once done, quick release the pressure.
  6. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  7. Peel and serve.
