- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder boneless
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth low sodium
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 Buns for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
5. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
6. Serve the pulled pork on buns.
