Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 8 small Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
- 1 medium Tomato Sliced
- 1 medium Onion Sliced
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
3. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, place a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Place a cooked patty on top of the cheese, then add another tortilla on top. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
5. Repeat with the remaining patties and tortillas. Serve with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onion, sour cream, and guacamole.
