Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 Boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and soy sauce to the broth.
  3. 3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Add sliced mushrooms and baby spinach. Cook until tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with halved boiled eggs and a drizzle of sesame oil.
