Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Sliced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
In a skillet, heat the shredded chicken until warm.
Sprinkle the chicken evenly over the tortilla chips.
Add black beans, corn, and half of the shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
