- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the chopped rhubarb.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
