Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of flour. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
