Filling
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of flour. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
