Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise and horseradish in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture on both sides of the hoagie rolls.
  4. Layer roast beef, arugula, and tomato slices on the rolls.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
