- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until chickpeas are evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chickpeas are golden and crispy.
