  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich: place lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and salmon on one slice of bread. Top with another slice of bread.
