  • 200 g fresh salmon fillet skinless, boneless
  • 1 tablespoon capers chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, capers, red onion, dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
