Main Ingredients
- 200 g fresh salmon fillet skinless, boneless
- 1 tablespoon capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Dice the salmon into small cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, capers, red onion, dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix gently until well combined.
5. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
