Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 4 pieces Tortillas large
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the salmon in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
5. Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked salmon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro on each tortilla.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
