Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork shoulder to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the cooked pork on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
