Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole Recipe

- 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 package Frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, hash browns, and 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
