Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, hashbrowns, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 1 package Frozen hashbrowns thawed
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and 1 cup of cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
