Sausage Pepper and Onion Sandwiches Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages
- 2 Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 Large onion (sliced)
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Cook until vegetables are tender and sausages are cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
5. Slice sausages and place them in hoagie rolls. Top with cooked peppers and onions.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
