  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 2 Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 Large onion (sliced)
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Cook until vegetables are tender and sausages are cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. 5. Slice sausages and place them in hoagie rolls. Top with cooked peppers and onions.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
