- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Butter
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
