Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup Sliced Jalapenos
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Salsa
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef and black beans on top.
  5. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sliced jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
