Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
