Shrimp Scampi with Pasta
A classic Italian-American dish with garlic, lemon, and shrimp over pasta.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz Pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup White wine
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
