Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 slices White bread crusts removed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Process until smooth.
  2. 2. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the slices of bread.
  3. 3. Cut each slice into quarters.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the shrimp toast pieces, shrimp side down, until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
