Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 Slider Buns
  • 8 slices Cheese
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup Pickles, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on the buns and adding onion, tomato, lettuce, and pickles.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
