Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken noodle soup using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
1. Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
3. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
4. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
5. Add the egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
