Slow Cooker French Dip Recipe
A delicious and easy French dip sandwich made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 6 rolls Hoagie Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
Pour the beef broth over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the roast from the slow cooker and shred the meat with two forks.
Return the shredded meat to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
Serve the meat on hoagie rolls with a slice of provolone cheese. Use the juices from the slow cooker as a dipping sauce.
