Slow Cooker Potato Soup Recipe
A hearty and creamy potato soup made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded for garnish
- ¼ cup Green onions, sliced for garnish
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled for garnish
1. Add potatoes, onion, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a thicker consistency.
4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon.
