Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn, drained
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Beef Broth
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the cooked beef and all other ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
