Ingredients

  • 5 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Shred the pork using two forks and mix with apple cider vinegar.
