- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
Rub the drumsticks with olive oil.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Coat the drumsticks evenly with the seasoning mix.
Place the drumsticks in the smoker and cook for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the drumsticks from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
