  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the drumsticks with olive oil.
  4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Coat the drumsticks evenly with the seasoning mix.
  6. Place the drumsticks in the smoker and cook for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the drumsticks from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
