Ingredients

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs
  • ¼ cup Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs.
  4. 4. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 5 hours, maintaining a temperature of 225°F (107°C).
  5. 5. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and continue smoking for another 2 hours.
  6. 6. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
